What we offer

Garage Reset provides garage decluttering and organizing services in Chico, Oroville, Paradise, Durham, and the surrounding Butte County area. Our current scope is declutter-and-organize only — sorting trash and donations, reorganizing what you keep, reboxing and relabeling, and a final sweep and polish. We do not currently install shelving or storage systems.

Instant AI estimates are informational only

The price range and time estimate you receive after uploading photos is generated automatically from an AI assessment of clutter density in those photos, calibrated against our own job history. It is provided to help you plan and is not a binding quote. Your confirmed price is always finalized on-site once we see the space in person, and may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on what we find.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a scheduled appointment. We will follow up to confirm availability, scope, and final pricing before any work begins.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care with your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear from handling stored items, or issues arising from items you asked us to move or discard. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
