What a dump run actually costs
If you want us to haul trash to the landfill instead of leaving it sorted for you to deal with, we add our crew time plus the real gate fee — not a padded markup. Butte County's Neal Road Recycling & Waste Facility charges $48.64 per ton for general garbage and debris, with a $12 minimum per load. We estimate that fee based on your garage size and clutter level, same as everything else on this page.
Donation runs (Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) don't have a fee — donation centers don't charge to accept donations — so that add-on is just our crew's time.
