“Light” means mostly tidy, just needs sorting. “Heavy” means the floor is mostly buried. Truly severe, floor-to-ceiling garages start at the Heavy price but get a quick on-site look before we commit to a number — photos alone aren't reliable at that level. And if we show up and your garage is clearly lighter than the photos suggested, we drop the price a tier on the spot.
What a dump run actually costs
If you want us to haul trash to the landfill instead of leaving it sorted for you to deal with, it's $75 for the run plus the real gate fee — not a padded markup. Butte County's Neal Road Recycling & Waste Facility charges $48.64 per ton for general garbage and debris, with a $12 minimum per load. We estimate that fee based on your garage size and clutter level, same as everything else on this page.
Donation runs (Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) are a flat $95 — the drop-off itself is free, donation centers don't charge to accept donations, so that's just the run.
